This site is run by MENSA apartmani. What you send in a request goes to the host only. Contact: [email protected], +387 61 672 896.

When you send a request or a message we keep your name, email, phone if you give it, the dates, the number of guests and your message.

We use it only to answer your request and arrange your stay. No advertising, and we never sell data.

The site runs on the Domazzo platform (Leovac Digital), which stores the data for the host and uses it for nothing else.

The map on this site comes from Google Maps and loads only with your consent. Google Maps then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

Questions you send to the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic (Claude) to write the answer. The host can also read the conversation and reply to you in it; messages between you and the host may be translated automatically, also through Anthropic. Please do not include personal data; conversations are deleted after 30 days.

The site sets no tracking cookies. When you send a request or a message, one session cookie remembers you. Your choice about the map is kept only in your browser, not in a cookie; change it any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

We keep it while the booking and the stay last, and as long as the law requires for guest records. Messages without a request are deleted after 12 months.
